Records for your CPA
FreeFidexa is not trying to replace your accountant. It makes the records you hand them cleaner, easier to review, and less stressful to prepare — and it is free.
- Free
- CSV and PDF
- Grouped under IRS expense headings
- Always exported in English
What is in the file
Every transaction with its category and whether it had a receipt, totals per category, and your mileage log. Export as CSV or PDF.
Grouped the way a return is
For a US business the file also sums your expenses under the standard IRS expense headings, so your preparer reads it in their own vocabulary instead of translating a long list of category names by hand. Grouping only — no percentages, and nothing claimed as deductible.
Honesty rather than false certainty
The file includes a needs-attention list: rows not categorized yet, rows Fidexa suggested but you never confirmed, asset purchases, and items that usually belong on a personal return. Depreciation, home-office amounts and net profit are deliberately left blank, because those are a qualified preparer's judgement and an invented number would be worse than none.
English, whatever your app language is
Fidexa speaks 20 languages, but exported files stay in English — they are read by a preparer, not by whoever set the language.
