You can delete your account directly inside the Fidexa app:

  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Tap Account.
  4. 4Tap Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm deletion.

Must match the email associated with your Fidexa account.

All your transactions, reports, settings, and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What will be deleted

  • ✕Account profile, businesses, and personal information
  • ✕All transactions, categories, and notes
  • ✕Receipts, mileage trips, and bank connection records
  • ✕Business cards, QR codes, and connections
  • ✕AI chat data and preferences
  • ✕App data associated with your account

Some records may be retained only if required by law, security, fraud prevention, or payment / subscription compliance.
